What are the office hours?

9:00 AM –3:00 PM Monday – Friday
Closed – Saturday and Sunday. After Hours - by appointment

What are the access hours?

Tenants may access the units seven days a week between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 365 days a year.

What are the unit sizes?

Sizes range from 3x5x4 units to our largest unit, 16x28x8. Please refer to our “Unit Sizes” tab for further details.

May I change space size after I move in?

Additional space may be rented or a tenant can be transferred to a smaller or larger unit.

Is insurance required?

Insurance is required to cover the contents of the rented unit. If the tenant is not already covered by another source of insurance or is not self-insured, we can refer you to a national third party company for insurance coverage. We affer SafeStor Insurance which would be paid with your monthly fee.

What documents do I need to rent a unit?

A minimum of one Government issued identification with photo ID is required to rent a unit.

Do I need an appointment to view the space/units?

No appointment is needed to view the units. Feel free to contact us directly to make a reservation for your space. There are no deposits or administration fees to rent with us.

What are my payment options?

Not at this time. However, we may set up a monthly automatic debit from your credit or debit card. Or you may send a check or money order by the due date, or simply stop by the office and pay by cash, check or credit card. We accept both Visa and Mastecard credit cards and/or Visa and Mastercard Debit cards. There is also a night drop box located next to Door # 2 which is the main office door.

What if my payment is late?

Payments are due on the first of the month. If an account becomes 10 days late, there is a $10 late fee and access to the unit is disabled. If an account is 30 days late, the additional late fee of $30 is added to the balance. After 32 days of non-payment a SSO Lien fee may be placed on your account and the unit may be scheduled for auction.

Will I receive a monthly invoice?

We send out monthly invoices as a courtesy to our tenants. Ultimately, you are responsible for payment of the rental fee whether or not an invoice has been received. We do our best to get an invoice to you in a timely manner. If you have an email address, it will keep our postage rates down helping to keep our rental fees low.

Where exactly are you located?

Our address is: 3706 Domestic Avenue, which is off of Airport Pulling Rd., near the Naples Airport. If you are traveling South on Airport-Pulling Rd. from Golden Gate Parkway, you will need to go past Domestic Avenue to Enterprise Avenue and make a u-turn at Enterprise. You will then be heading North and will immediately turn right onto Domestic Avenue. Travel approximately a block and a half on Domestic and Naples Mini-Storage will be on your right.

Traveling North on Airport Pulling Rd., from Radio Rd., you will turn right onto Domestic Avenue and then travel a block and a half to Naples Mini-Storage, located on the right. For further details, please refer to our map on the home page.
