Storage Policies

RENTAL TERMS: Month to month contracts are automatically renewed at the end of each month unless a 10 day notice to vacate is given in writing or via email to (Office@NaplesMS.com).

RENT: Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and payable by the 10th of every month. A late fee will be assessed for any payments received after the 10th of the month. For your convenience, you may arrange automatic payments using any major credit card as well as a check from your bank account. Rent will be prorated for the first month, depending upon the move in date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Check or Money Orders may be mailed to the office or deposited in our night deposit box. All Major Cards, including American Express are accepted. You may also pay online.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: One valid Government issued picture identification document is required to rent units. (such as driver’s license or valid passport).

LOCKS: All storage units must be locked immediately upon signing the contract. Locks are to be kept on units at all times.

ACCESS CODE: An Access Code is issued to each tenant upon move-in. For security purposes, this code is to be entered each time the tenant enters the facility.

ABANDONMENT: Naples Mini Storage is not responsible for anything left or abandoned outside the tenant’s unit. If tenant fails to meet the payment terms of the lease, according to Florida State lien laws, NMS reserves the right to remove or sell the contents of the tenant’s unit.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: None

DEPOSIT: 1/2 of the monthly rent. Deposit will be returned at the end of the rental providing the unit is cleared completely and there is no balance on the account.
